We ship most orders within two business days.

SHIPPING (USA)

We use USPS Flat rate Priority Mail to ship products in the USA- it is fast, and trackable. Upon shipment of your order, we will email a tracking number to you. Accordingly, products are received within 4-5 business days, although many arrive sooner. Most orders can ship for the cost of the small flat rate box which is currently $7.20, if shipping is not included.

We also offer shipping via Express mail at an additional fee. This method of shipping arrives 1-2 business days in the continental USA. This service is also available to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico at an added charge. Please note that these shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a return.

If you need your jewels overnight, please call us at 1-212-447-1418 and we will discuss this possibility as it depends on your location and if your styles are in stock. We will do our very best to meet your needs.

We can ship to P.O. boxes. If you have a small box at the post office, and our box does not fit, you will receive a notice to pick up at the parcel window.

Orders with different shipping and billing addresses, or that require credit card verification may take up to 72 hours to process.


SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world and can offer a few different services. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide an estimate of shipping expenses and timing options. All international orders are subject to additional charges such as duty, taxes and fees upon entry into your country. These charges are not associated with 30 Park Rocks and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery where applicable.

Once we ship your order, you assume the risk of loss and title, and you are responsible for any and all additional taxes, duties, and customs-related charges. If you decide to refuse your order, you're also responsible for any and all additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to taxes and duties. Typically, we deduct these costs from refunds.
