How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

We can accept returns of unworn pieces only within 14 days of purchase. Please e-mail us to request a return authorization code ([email protected]) and the address to send the return. We do not accept any returns on custom orders.

Returns are shipped at the customer's expense. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS, Fedex, USPS with tracking or insured parcel post. Refunds are issued after goods are received and inspected. Refunds are issued on the product and not on shipping costs. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks from the time you mailed your return to 30 Park Rocks. If your shipment was an expedited shipment, we will not refund the additional shipping costs. We will e-mail you once the refund has been processed.


Since everything we make is handmade, we are very careful with each of our designs and double check them before sending to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange the return and replacement of that item.
